Commercial/Hourly Snow Removal Rates
Commercial/hourly rates apply to large commercial properties such as Condominium complexes, office building sites and private roadways.
Most large properties with parking lots and parking spaces are categorized as Commercial/hourly.
Our standard hourly rate for the 2023/2024 Season is a flat $150.00 per hour for most properties regardless of which type of equipment we use to remove the snow.
This is an "average" figure for all types of equipment on hand.
Each property must be surveyed prior to providing an accurate quote.
Several factors come into consideration when providing a quote for commercial properties such as, elevation, pavement composition, obstacles, speed bumps, service protrusions in asphalt and distance and access to snow storage areas.
