Commercial/Hourly Snow Removal Rates
Commercial/hourly rates apply to large commercial properties such as Condominium complexes, Hotels/motels, office building sites, private roadways, and apartment buildings.
Most large properties with parking lots and parking spaces are categorized as Commercial/hourly.
Our standard hourly rate for the 2011/2012 Season is a flat $125.00 per hour for most properties regardless of which type of equipment we use to remove the snow.
This is an "average" figure for all types of equipment on hand.
Each property must be surveyed prior to contract acceptance.
Several factors come into consideration when implementing service for commercial properties such as, elevation, pavement composition, obstacles, speed bumps, additional service protrusions in asphalt and distance and access to snow storage areas.
