Payment is for snow removal between November 1, 2023 and April 15, 2024 regardless of the snow fall amounts that we receive in the Lake Tahoe area. Commercial Hourly: Snow removal commences at 3 inches each snow morning. Hourly rates start at $150 per hour for commercial properties. Our commercial season runs from November 1, 2023 through April 15, 2024. Due to routine scheduling and roster implementation, there will be no skipped hourly clearings.
