Seasonal Snow Removal:
Snow removal begins at 4 inches each snow morning. Snow conditions vary from year to year and pre-payments are not pro-rated, discounted or inflated in relation to snow fall for the year. Payment is for snow removal between November 1, 2011 and April 30, 2012 regardless of the snow fall amounts that we receive in the Lake Tahoe area.

Commercial Clearing Snow Removal:
Snow removal begins between 3 & 6 inches each snow morning. Hourly rates apply for the period of November 1, 2011 through April 30, 2012. Due to routine scheduling and roster implementation, there will be no skipped clearings.
